Preparing the child for the world,
& the world for
the child
hello!
We are Project I, an organization dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals and individuals with disabilities in India.
Our mission is to empower them to build confidence in their unique skills, develop relationships with others, and prepare them to become active members of the community.
"I" equals identity.
"I" is the most powerful letter in the English language. It is the purest representation of "self" and ownership of one's uniqueness. We truly believe in the power of each individual's unique identity that deserves to be discovered and celebrated.
Our approach is to help neurodiverse individuals and individuals with disabilities develop a strong sense of independence, interaction, and inclusion.
Independence
Equipping individuals with the necessary skills to take charge of their lives and make informed decisions. We provide training, resources, and support to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Interaction
Building relationships with others. We believe that social connections are essential for personal growth and development. We help individuals with disabilities connect with their peers, family, and community through various programs and initiatives.
Inclusion
Creating a society where every individual is respected, valued, and included. We work with individuals, families, and communities to raise awareness and advocate for the rights of people with disabilities.
“The world needs all types of minds.”
– Temple Grandin
