Rebecca Daman
Senior Behavior Therapist
M.A. Clinical Psychology, Ambedkar University Delhi
QBA (in progress)

Rebecca Daman is a Senior Behavior Therapist at Project I, currently pursuing her credential as a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA). With over six years of experience working with children and adolescents with diverse neurodevelopmental needs, Rebecca brings a rare blend of clinical insight, creativity, and deep empathy to her work.
She has spent the last 3.5 years specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a strong focus on social communication, functional academics, and emotional regulation. At Project I, Rebecca leads individual and group-based programs, developing highly engaging and personalized learning plans for each student.
Her ability to meet learners where they are — whether it’s through Roblox, rhyming in Punjabi, or crafting sensory-friendly activities — makes her a favorite among families and learners alike. With a background in education and clinical psychology, she seamlessly integrates behavioral strategies with imaginative play, art, and storytelling to foster meaningful, age-appropriate engagement.
Rebecca also mentors junior therapists and contributes to program development at Project I, ensuring that every session is grounded in evidence-based practice and infused with joy.
Outside of work, you’ll find Rebecca cafe-hopping across the city or immersed in her creative world — painting, sculpting, crafting, and designing everything from handmade gifts to Pinterest-worthy classroom setups.
